Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 16, 2026
We want you to understand exactly how subscriptions, cancellations, and digital purchases work before you purchase from The BOLO Tracker.
Subscription Billing
Subscription products, including The BOLO Vault Membership, are billed on a recurring basis at the price and billing frequency disclosed at checkout.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method automatically until you cancel your subscription.
Any promotional, introductory, or discounted rate applies only for the period stated at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, subsequent billing will continue at the regular subscription price then applicable to your plan.
Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time before your next billing date to prevent future charges.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated, you will continue to have access to the applicable subscription through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Cancellation does not retroactively cancel charges that have already been processed.
To cancel, use the cancellation method provided through your account or purchase confirmation, or contact us at [email protected].
If your access is terminated because of a violation of these Terms, including unauthorized sharing, copying, reproduction, or distribution of our Content, your access may end immediately rather than at the end of the billing period.
Refunds
Because our products provide immediate access to digital content, research, tools, databases, downloads, and/or other digital resources, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
We do not provide refunds or prorated refunds for:
- unused portions of a subscription;
- failure to cancel before a renewal date;
- changes in personal circumstances;
- failure to use or access purchased content;
- dissatisfaction based solely on business results, resale performance, or other outcomes outside our control; or
- accounts terminated for violations of these Terms.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.
We may, at our sole discretion, correct duplicate charges, billing errors, or other payment issues caused by us or our payment processor.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does the subscription work?
If you purchase a subscription, you will be billed automatically at the frequency and price disclosed at checkout until you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You may cancel before your next billing date to prevent the next recurring charge.
What happens when I cancel?
Unless your account has been terminated for a violation of our Terms, you will generally retain access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Your subscription will not renew after that period.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our products provide immediate access to digital content and resources, payments are generally non-refundable after access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
What about one-time digital purchases?
One-time purchases of digital products, downloads, vaults, guides, tools, or other resources are final once access or delivery has been provided, except where otherwise required by law.

2. Educational and Informational Use Only
Our information is provided for educational, informational, and business-research purposes only.
Nothing provided by The BOLO Tracker constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.
Resale markets change constantly. Historical sales, pricing, demand, days-to-sell information, trends, brand performance, or other data do not guarantee future performance.
You remain responsible for your own sourcing, pricing, inventory, financial, and business decisions.
3. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that purchasing, accessing, or using our products will result in sales, profits, particular resale prices, faster sales, business growth, or any other specific outcome.
Data and research should be considered alongside your own business model, costs, sourcing conditions, marketplace conditions, judgment, and other relevant information.
Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
4. Data Accuracy and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information, but resale-market information is inherently dynamic.
Data may be affected by marketplace availability, seller behavior, listing changes, relisting activity, platform limitations, incomplete information, errors, delays, or changes outside our control.
We do not warrant that any database, statistic, price, sales figure, chart, category, classification, trend, style identification, or other information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
We may correct, update, add, remove, reorganize, or revise Content at any time.
5. Limited License to Customers
Purchasing one of our products gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the purchased Content for your own individual business and educational purposes.
Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of our Content or intellectual property to you.
Unless we expressly authorize otherwise in writing, your purchase is for one individual user only.
You may use the information you learn from our products to make decisions in your own resale business.
You may not copy our product itself and turn it into a product, resource, service, database, membership, training program, or distribution source for other people.
6. Intellectual Property
The BOLO Tracker's original content and proprietary materials—including, where applicable, our written materials, research, graphics, charts, layouts, guides, databases and compilations, selection and organization of information, educational materials, downloads, templates, methods, classifications, product descriptions, and other original Content—are owned by or licensed to The BOLO Tracker and are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property and other laws.
All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved.
Third-party brand names, trademarks, product names, photographs, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party brands or products are for identification, research, commentary, or informational purposes and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
7. STRICTLY PROHIBITED — Copying, Sharing and Distribution
Our products are sold or licensed for your individual use.
Unless you receive prior written permission from The BOLO Tracker, you may not, directly or indirectly:
- copy or reproduce substantial portions of our Content;
- distribute, forward, upload, publish, post, transmit, or publicly display our Content;
- share PDFs, spreadsheets, guides, downloads, screenshots, screen recordings, charts, databases, reports, or other member-only materials with another person
- share account credentials or allow another person to access your paid account
- resell, sublicense, rent, license, gift, transfer, or commercially distribute our Content;
- upload our paid Content to shared drives, groups, forums, Discord servers, Facebook groups, memberships, courses, databases, or similar repositories;
- reproduce our Content in another paid or free product;
- create a competing guide, database, vault, research service, membership, report, or resource by copying or systematically extracting our Content;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, download, extract, or collect our Content through automated means without written authorization;
- systematically capture or reproduce our databases or substantial portions of them;
- remove copyright, trademark, ownership, watermark, or proprietary notices
- represent our Content, research, graphics, methodology, or materials as your own; or
- systematically upload or ingest substantial portions of our proprietary Content into an artificial-intelligence system, database, model, dataset, or other tool for the purpose of reproducing, redistributing, commercializing, or creating a competing resource.
This prohibition applies whether the Content is shared for free or for payment.
The fact that another individual has purchased or subscribes to a BOLO Tracker product does not give you permission to provide that individual with your copy, login, download, or account access.
Each user must obtain their own authorized access unless a specific license expressly states otherwise.
8. Unauthorized Use and Enforcement
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, account sharing, resale, publication, scraping, or commercial exploitation of our Content is a material breach of these Terms and may also violate copyright, contract, unfair-competition, or other applicable laws.
If we reasonably believe that your account or Content is being used in violation of these Terms, we may, where legally permitted
- immediately suspend or permanently terminate your access;
- disable affected accounts or downloads
- preserve relevant access, transaction, and account records;
- issue cease-and-desist or takedown demands;
- report infringing material to platforms or service providers;
- pursue injunctive or equitable relief to stop continued unauthorized use; and
- pursue any other legal or equitable remedies available to us.
The BOLO Tracker expressly reserves the right to bring legal action against individuals or entities that unlawfully copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, share, scrape, misappropriate, or commercially exploit our protected Content.
Available remedies may include, where permitted by applicable law, actual damages, profits attributable to infringement, statutory damages where available, injunctive relief, costs, reasonable attorney's fees where recoverable, and any other remedies available by law or equity.
Termination of your account does not waive our right to pursue claims arising from conduct that occurred before or after termination.
9. Account Security and Sharing
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You may not allow another individual or business to use your account unless your specific purchase expressly provides multi-user access.
We reserve the right to investigate unusual account activity that reasonably indicates unauthorized sharing or misuse.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably determine that an account has been shared, transferred, or otherwise used in violation of these Terms.
10. Payment and Subscription Terms
All prices and billing terms are disclosed at the time of purchase.
Recurring subscriptions will continue until canceled.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method according to the billing frequency disclosed at checkout.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and payment information.
If a payment fails, access may be suspended or terminated.
Subscription cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy above.
11. One-Time Digital Purchases
Certain products may be offered for a one-time purchase rather than as a subscription.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a one-time purchase provides the access described on that product's sales or checkout page.
A one-time purchase does not grant ownership of our intellectual property or permission to reproduce, distribute, resell, or share the purchased Content.
12. Product Changes
We continuously develop our products and may modify their layout, organization, features, content, research methodologies, coverage, naming, or delivery format.
For recurring products, we may add, replace, reorganize, or discontinue individual features or resources as the service evolves.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees that a particular brand, style, trend, dataset, feature, resource, or piece of Content will remain available indefinitely.
13. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Our website, payments, memberships, email communications, and digital products may rely on third-party platforms or service providers.
We are not responsible for temporary outages, interruptions, account issues, changes, or technical failures caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our products or services where a user materially violates these Terms, including but not limited to:
- unauthorized Content sharing or distribution;
- account or password sharing;
- copying or reselling our Content;
- scraping or systematic extraction;
- intellectual-property infringement;
- fraudulent activity; or
- attempts to circumvent access restrictions.
Termination for breach may occur without a refund to the extent permitted by law.
Sections concerning intellectual property, prohibited use, enforcement, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The BOLO Tracker and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance upon our products, Content, data, or services.
This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, inventory losses, sourcing losses, missed opportunities, business interruption, marketplace actions, or decisions made based on our Content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular product or service will not exceed the amount you paid to The BOLO Tracker for that product or service during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The BOLO Tracker and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising from them will be governed by the laws of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies.
Subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived, legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located Brooklyn, New York.
Nothing in this section prevents The BOLO Tracker from seeking temporary, preliminary, or permanent injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction when necessary to prevent or stop unauthorized use, disclosure, reproduction, or distribution of its Content.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, or applicable requirements.
The current version will be posted on our website with its effective date.
Your continued use of our services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
20. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the applicable checkout terms, product-specific terms, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy, constitute the agreement between you and The BOLO Tracker concerning your use of the applicable products and services.
